•Independently lead medium to large projects end-to-end, including social campaigns, brand systems, microsites, physical buildouts, and presentations
•Define and communicate creative strategy and direction — for yourself and other designers — to produce high-quality, compelling work that translates complex ideas into clear, innovative designs
•Develop and maintain a visual language cohesive with the Uniswap brand
•Drive the design team to become AI-native, integrating GenAI tools into workflows to enhance efficiency and creativity

Salary: USD 170,000 - 190,000 annually
