Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end management of new hire orientation programs, ensuring logistics are streamlined and vendors are well-managed.
•Oversee performance review cycles, track timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional partners (Comms, Legal, People Leadership) to keep stakeholders informed.
•Document, optimize, and where possible automate processes to reduce manual effort across high-visibility employee lifecycle stages.
•Manage onboarding/vendor relationships from procurement through renewals, ensuring contracts are outcome-focused and budgets are up to date.
•Facilitate both virtual and in-person orientation components and contribute to content iteration by feeding operational insights back into design discussions.

•Track record of managing vendor relationships end-to-end: procurement, contract renewals, and ongoing partnership management
