Job Summary

Drive growth for U.S. Bank by building and expanding healthcare technology commercial banking relationships. You’ll prospect and acquire new clients, conduct needs assessments, present tailored banking solutions, and manage a robust pipeline using CRM tools. Partner closely with Healthcare and Technology specialized industry teams to deliver seamless onboarding and increase revenue and market share, while tracking goals and representing the bank at industry events.

•Identify potential commercial clients through market research, industry networks, referrals, and events.
•Develop and execute a strategic prospecting plan to build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities.
•Engage decision-makers with tailored banking solutions, conduct needs assessments, and deliver proposals to secure new relationships.
•Collaborate with internal teams (RMs, Treasury, Payments, Credit, etc.) to deliver seamless onboarding for new clients.
•Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor client satisfaction, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual new business development goals.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
•10+ years of success in commercial banking, healthcare IT product, or consulting, including formal business development and new client acquisition.
•Deep understanding of the healthcare technology ecosystem, including revenue cycle management, practice management, and EHR/EMR providers.
•Payments and commercial banking expertise, including credit, treasury, and cash management.
•Proficiency with CRM platforms and strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
