Lead end-to-end delivery of blueprint-driven full-stack capabilities for AI & Decision Product Enablement at scale. Architect complex React-based UI applications with Java Spring Boot, define API contracts and service integrations, and set technical direction across microservices, CI/CD, observability, security, and performance. Build scalable microservices and reusable frontend components, mentor engineers, and drive production readiness, reliability, and continuous improvement in quality and automation.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end design and delivery of full stack solutions, architecting complex React-based UI applications with Java Spring Boot.
•Define and drive API contracts, service integrations, and UI interaction patterns across teams.
•Set technical direction for microservices architecture, CI/CD, observability, security, and performance standards.
•Architect and deliver scalable microservices (service boundaries, data models, resiliency patterns) and maintainable UI components and frontend architectures.
•Mentor engineers through design/code reviews and own operational excellence (capacity planning, resiliency, release governance, production readiness).

Key Requirements

•Strong experience with React (functional components, hooks) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
•Experience designing scalable UI architectures and reusable component patterns with API-driven UI integrations.
•Broad experience with Java (11+) and Spring Boot/Spring, including REST/XML/JSON web services.
•Strong testing experience across backend (JUnit, Mockito) and frontend (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright).
•Advanced CI/CD leadership and production ownership (SLOs, on-call readiness, performance engineering, cost optimization).
