Key Responsibilities

•Optimize regional technical discovery and qualification frameworks to accelerate deal velocity and ensure high-integrity sales pursuits.
•Develop, curate, and drive regional adoption of reusable solution patterns, reference architectures, standardized sales collateral, and enablement toolkits.
•Manage high-complexity regional technical/scoping escalations and maintain strict alignment between software sales, services delivery, and regional practice leadership.
•Design and implement structured regional onboarding programs to accelerate new-hire time-to-productivity and baseline utilization.
•Own regional scoping accuracy (SOW-to-delivery alignment) to minimize downstream implementation risk and protect project margins.

Key Requirements

•12+ years working with customers in a pre-sales, post-sales, or solution architecture capacity within a technology or enterprise professional services organization.
•Minimum 5 years of direct people management experience leading customer-facing technical teams, plus 7+ years in data professional services or technical consulting.
•Proven ability to manage, de-escalate, and resolve high-complexity regional technical and commercial issues with cross-functional executive involvement.
•Demonstrated experience designing operational/technical frameworks (e.g., discovery guides, qualification frameworks, enablement curricula) used at a regional scale.
•Deep familiarity with multi-cloud data strategies (AWS, Azure, GCP) plus data governance, data integration, and analytics platforms.
