Job Summary

Oversee distribution and warehousing operations for raw materials and finished goods, ensuring accurate inventory, order accuracy, compliance, and strong OTIF performance. Lead, coach, and develop front-line leaders and warehouse associates, owning the 6S program and building a cross-functional, multi-shift training program. Partner with maintenance, production, EH&S, quality, and logistics to improve shipments, reduce scrap, and support ISO and GMP quality/safety systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee distribution and warehousing operations for raw materials and finished goods, including picking, packaging, staging, and shipment.
•Ensure inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts and quarterly/annual completion, and support inventory control and scrap inventory management.
•Lead warehouse operations to achieve order accuracy, DOT log compliance, and >99% OTIF; maintain >85% dock manager utilization while supporting a 24/7 facility.
•Manage warehouse personnel, including coaching and training hourly and salary team members, enforcing safety policies, minimizing overtime, and completing required paperwork.
•Implement and maintain Quality Management System (ISO) and Food Safety Program (GMP), and support EH&S safety programs while investigating and responding to shipment errors or damage.

•BS degree in logistics, business, or equivalent experience.
•7-10 years of experience in warehouse and distribution management.

•Demonstrated ability to lead and develop front-line leaders and warehouse associates through coaching and training.
•Experience driving change through communication and demonstrating strong problem-solving and communication skills.
