Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives across wholesale and retail, aligning Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Analytics, and Marketing.
  • •Serve as operational lead for commercial programs, managing timelines, dependencies, stakeholder communication, and execution against objectives.
  • •Own and evolve wholesale forecasting processes, assessing retailer-level demand, identifying risks/opportunities, and improving forecast accuracy.
  • •Build reporting frameworks and executive-level business reviews using retailer KPIs, returns trends, and commercial health metrics.
  • •Monitor and improve wholesale operational performance by surfacing gaps against KPIs/OKRs and driving corrective action plans.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, sales operations, commercial planning, consulting, analytics, or related business functions in high-growth consumer, technology, or retail organizations.
  • •Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • •Strong analytical and financial acumen, including forecasting, operational planning, KPI development, and business performance analysis.
  • •Experience supporting or leading retailer operations, wholesale planning, commercial operations, or go-to-market execution.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with BI/data tools such as Sigma, Tableau, and SQL, plus experience using AI tools and automation to improve workflows.
