Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coach a team of project managers delivering functional ERP workstreams across the SAP S/4HANA program.
  • •Own end-to-end project delivery planning, including schedules, resourcing, dependencies, and integrated delivery views.
  • •Maintain oversight of delivery risks and issues, resolving cross-stream dependencies to keep delivery on track.
  • •Ensure business processes and teams are ready for testing, adoption, and successful go-live.
  • •Manage Systems Integrator performance and drive delivery performance across scope, cost, time, and quality using governance and reporting.

  • •Proven program and project delivery experience in complex environments.
  • •Direct experience delivering an ERP transformation or major upgrade.
  • •Demonstrated SAP S/4HANA program delivery experience.
  • •A background in SAP functional consulting experience.
  • •Experience operating at program leadership level, driving outcomes across multiple delivery streams.
