Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide business partnering to key sales channels and the Le Cercle team using financial modeling and KPIs to drive commercial deliverables.
  • •Support monthly S&OP and long-term strategic plans (including a 10-year plan) with recommendations for robust decision-making.
  • •Monitor and analyze commercial performance across key channels, including sell-in, depletion, sell-out, and trade inventory management.
  • •Ensure monthly/quarterly cash reporting, including rolling forecasts, R&O, and alignment with HQ Cash/Treasury guidelines; manage CAPEX planning and cash movement visibility.
  • •Support month-end closing through net sales variance analysis and Polaris submission; partner with data teams on dashboards/digital tools and value chain submissions.
