Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy models to production, not just notebooks, ensuring reliability and performance in real factories.
  • •Move across the entire stack, contributing to front-end, back-end, data, and deployment work as needed.
  • •Develop agents and autonomous components to support AI supervisors and factory visibility features.
  • •Collaborate with a small, fast-moving team to ship features with high ownership and speed.
  • •Influence product direction by delivering tangible impact and scalable AI solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 2,400,000 - 3,600,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience deploying ML models to production systems and production-grade inference.
  • •Ability to move across the full technology stack (frontend to backend, data pipelines, deployment).
  • •Proven experience creating agents or autonomous systems in a professional or academic setting.
  • •Strong design sensibility and user-centric thinking for real-world applications.
  • •Prior work shipping products with minimal meetings and high ownership.
