Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, organize and direct all aspects of structural engineering work for Subsea Structures and Construction Structural Engineering.
  • •Ensure compliance with the Contract and Variations in all respects and propose Change Order Requests when potentially deviating from the Contract.
  • •Responsible for resource allocation of Subsea Structures Detail Design & Construction Structural Design personnel throughout the project.
  • •Define role, responsibilities and authorities for reportees.
  • •Delivering the detail engineering design scopes in accordance with the approved budget and baseline schedule.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Structural Engineering
  • •Over 15+ years of experience in Structural engineering design with at least 5 years applicable experience in subsea structures and piping design and construction
  • •At least 2 years as a Lead Engineer on a subsea structures design project
  • •Capable of leading work on medium to large size projects or areas within larger projects
  • •Familiarity with structural and/or mechanical engineering and equipment used in offshore O&G industry (offshore vessel codes, standards and specifications) and experience with SACS, ANSYS/Abaqus
