Key Responsibilities

•Act as the dedicated point of contact for families, ensuring a seamless, positive parent experience.
•Build trusted relationships with parents and act as a liaison between families, school leadership, and operational teams.
•Support the Principal and Senior Leadership Team in managing sensitive parent matters with timely, discreet communication and resolution.
•Manage complex parent enquiries by coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly and to a high standard.
•Monitor parent feedback, identify trends, recommend service improvements, and prepare updates and reports for senior leaders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
•3-5 years of experience in premium customer-facing relationship management or hospitality.
•Fluency in English and Arabic with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong customer service and relationship management skills, building trust and confidence with families and stakeholders.
•Confident using Microsoft Office and customer relationship management or school information systems.
