  • •Проведення технічного аудиту існуючих систем та визначення зон для оптимізації
  • •Розвиток архітектури високонавантажених систем, включаючи обробку подій та роботу з виробничими даними
  • •Впровадження та розвиток best practices (CI/CD, тестування, code review, observability)
  • •Підвищення якості коду та зниження технічного боргу
  • •Стандартизація підходів до розробки між командами
  • •Менторинг тім-лідів та розвиток інженерної культури
