Key Responsibilities

•Define and evolve enterprise test engineering strategy, aligning with platform evolution and business goals.
•Evaluate emerging tools to enhance automation maturity and efficiency and influence test infrastructure decisions.
•Guide engineering teams to implement scalable, reusable test automation solutions and ensure CI/CD integration for fast feedback.
•Collaborate across teams to define test strategy, risk coverage, and entry/exit criteria, with a focus on knowledge sharing and documentation.
•Provide technical mentorship to QA engineers and developers on quality engineering practices and foster a quality-first culture.

Key Requirements

•10–12 years in software testing and quality engineering
•Minimum 3 years in test architecture or technical leadership
•Experience implementing enterprise-grade automation frameworks and performance test strategies
•Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium
•Strong programming/scripting skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript
