Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage non-conformities, assistance requests, and engineering exceptions on the production floor.
  • •Track in-progress points on your post, escalate issues, and update comments in tools such as ACPNG and Tandem.
  • •Perform technical investigations for blocking issues, including assessing the impact of missing parts.
  • •Master and apply Manufacturing Engineering processes in production (e.g., parachèvement, LNC/RRA, RVP, mobile parts securing, consignation, Flashpost).
  • •Support repair recovery range creation and process validation (PPV), and contribute to EHS actions and near-miss reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year experience in technical support.
  • •Strong ability to communicate, polyvalence, and easy integration in production-facing teams.
  • •Comfort using SAP and engineering tools such as 3D Juump, ACPNG, Tandem, and AIRINA.
  • •Ability to read and understand technical plans.
  • •Intermediate English proficiency.
