•Own the technical direction for your team’s domain, driving architecture decisions and ensuring scalable, high-quality systems that serve millions of creators
•Build, coach, and grow a team of engineers — hiring strong talent, running effective performance cycles, and creating a culture where people do their best work
•Partner with product management, design, and data science to define roadmaps, scope projects, and ship features that move the needle
•Navigate the full development lifecycle from ideation through launch, managing tradeoffs and removing blockers so your team stays focused and shipping
•Champion engineering craft across your team — code quality, robust testing, and the right balance of rapid iteration with long-term maintainability

•A demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and retain strong engineers — you care deeply about growing people’s careers
•Hands-on experience building and operating systems at scale in a production environment
