Lead China and China+ sourcing and supplier intelligence for regional and global Rio Tinto procurement needs. Build supplier optionalities, assess strategic partners, and manage cross-border compliance risks across trade controls, ESG requirements, and Belt and Road markets. Drive value through market research, supplier evaluation, fact-based negotiation, and innovative commercial/financial solutions such as supplier financing and export credit. Collaborate with Global Category teams and business partners while reporting to the Senior Manager for the China Hub.
