Senior Corporate Counsel 2 - Public Sector

Support Snowflake’s U.S. State, Local and Higher Education (SLED) business as a key legal partner. You will lead negotiation, drafting, and management of SLED agreements (framework agreements, SaaS, PSAs, SOWs, and partner agreements), advise on procurement and compliance requirements, and manage risk through the government sales lifecycle. Partner cross-functionally across sales, product, engineering, finance, and compliance while monitoring regulatory change and improving legal support processes.
