Job Summary

Lead end-to-end digital growth and lead strategy initiatives, shaping Allianz’s digital business and sales models across the customer lifecycle. You’ll optimize digital customer journeys, drive data-driven and hyper-personalized customer development, and steer growth through analytics, automation, and modern technologies. In this role you develop organic growth strategies (SEO, AI search, and content production) and guide experts across digital growth, web analytics, and lead management to deliver measurable business impact.

•Develop and continuously improve an end-to-end lead strategy and the associated lead management ecosystem to sustainably increase growth and sales success.
•Design and evolve digital business and sales models focused on customer experience, conversion, and sustainable growth.
•Use analytics, automation, and modern technologies to derive data-based growth and steering decisions.
•Advance organic growth strategies across Search (SEO), AI Search (GEO), and content production to increase visibility, reach, and demand.
•Lead and develop experts across digital growth, web analytics, lead management, and SEO/GEO management, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to implement initiatives.
