Job Summary

Perform a full range of automotive repairs and diagnostics for all makes and models, from light maintenance through heavy engine work. Diagnose and repair advanced vehicle electrical issues, including electric and hybrid systems, and complete repairs involving wheel bearings, axles, and climate control (AC and heater cores). Work in Carvana’s high-tech Inspection Centers in a fast-paced environment, following safety procedures and meeting customer-focused turnaround needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform general to complex repairs on all makes and models, including timing belts, suspension systems, and heavy engine work.
•Diagnose and repair advanced vehicle electrical issues, including electric and hybrid vehicles.
•Complete repairs for wheel bearings and axles.
•Repair vehicle climate control systems, including ACs and heater cores.
•Work overtime as needed based on business requirements to support customer delivery commitments.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of professional automotive repair experience.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
•Use safety equipment including face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments/equipment.
