Key Responsibilities

•Act as a subject matter expert/consultant and conceptualize analytical solutions for business problems across multiple businesses/regions.
•Lead and mentor a team to deliver analytical and strategic solutions with clear recommendations.
•Partner with business stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions and generate value.
•Own delivery of high-quality analytical solutions for stakeholders across one or more regions.
•Develop and own analytical strategies with business leaders and translate solutions into reusable patterns across regions/markets.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in numerical disciplines, computer science, information systems, or other engineering specializations.
•Experience working in Unsecured Lending (e.g., Product Manager, Finance, Analytics, or Credit Risk).
•Proficiency with programming/statistical and query tools such as Statistical Analysis System, SQL, Visual Basic for Applications, Unix, Qlik, Tableau, Python, and other business intelligence tools and data technologies.
•Knowledge of cloud computing, specifically Google Cloud Platform, plus data modelling and exposure to data quality assessment/control.
•Ability to analyze complex business problems with limited or complex data and deliver solution frameworks on data/information management projects.
