Job Summary

Help maintain safety, security, and order at the venue by monitoring entrances/exits, patrolling premises, preventing theft and rule violations, and operating detecting devices. You’ll write reports on irregularities, guide guests during events and emergencies, scan and verify tickets/passes, assist guests (including special needs), resolve guest issues, and help keep the venue safe, clean, and presentable.

Key Responsibilities

•Circulate among guests and/or employees to preserve safety, order, and protect venue property.
•Monitor and authorize entrance and departure to guard against theft and maintain security and safety.
•Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
•Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent prohibited articles from entering restricted areas.
•Greet guests, scan and examine tickets/passes for authenticity, assist guests with seating and special needs, and resolve guest complaints or problems.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
•Security/Law Enforcement experience preferred; Guard Card is a plus.
•Good working knowledge of security operations, safety practices, and enforcement procedures.
•Ability to perform duties professionally with independent judgment within policy and procedures.
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
