Key Responsibilities

  • •Circulate among guests and/or employees to preserve safety, order, and protect venue property.
  • •Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, guests, and others to prevent theft and maintain security.
  • •Patrol premises to detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
  • •Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas.
  • •Greet guests, scan tickets on entry, assist with locating seats, resolve guest complaints, and guide guests during emergencies.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
  • •Security or law enforcement experience preferred.
  • •Good working knowledge of security operations, safety practices, and enforcement procedures.
  • •Ability to make independent, good-judgment decisions within policy and procedures, while maintaining professional appearance.
  • •Able to constantly walk, climb stairs, and lift/carry 50 lbs. and occasionally sit.
