Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on F5 products and services (Level 1 to Level 3) using analysis of complex customer-specific factors.
  • •Communicate issue status, plan-of-action, and resolution based on ISO-defined procedures to deliver a high-quality support experience.
  • •Manage multiple cases, prioritize based on customer and business needs, and maintain strong schedule adherence and on-phone time.
  • •Handle escalations to tier 3 (Engineering Services) while keeping customers informed with limited day-to-day mentoring.
  • •Participate in ongoing training on F5 products and related technologies and complete additional assigned projects as required.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of experience in a professional technical support role or equivalent experience using relevant technologies.
  • •Hands-on internetworking/data center experience, including WAN operations (e.g., DNS), network protocols, TCP/IP, OSI model, and UNIX or Linux (e.g., Red Hat).
  • •Experience supporting hardware and software issues on production environments for corporate customers/service providers.
  • •Proficiency with Windows OS.
  • •Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently, and effectively relay technical information to customers of varying skill levels.
