Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise internal stakeholders on a wide range of legal and regulatory issues in coordination with the Head of Legal.
  • •Draft and review legal documentation including contracts, TOBs, agreements with clients, partners, and third-party service providers.
  • •Provide legal support in day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with CIF, Cypriot, and EU regulations.
  • •Act as a subject matter expert on capital markets regulations, GDPR, intellectual property, and other fintech-related legislation.
  • •Maintain, update, and enforce the company's Terms of Business and related legal documents.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of legal experience in-house (preferably within CIF or FinTech) or in a law firm advising such clients.
  • •Law degree (JD or equivalent); LLM from a common law jurisdiction is highly desirable.
  • •Bilingual in English and Russian (both written and spoken) – required.
  • •Deep understanding of financial regulations (MiFID II, CySEC, DORA, GDPR, AML/KYC, etc.).
  • •Excellent drafting and negotiation skills in both languages.
