Review and analyze AI-generated responses to ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance. You’ll annotate data entry and perform data research following Data Scientist instructions and Capital One guidelines, while helping maintain and refine annotation standards for consistent, high-quality labeling. Identify and escalate data quality issues, manage multiple requests to meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams as part of process initiatives supporting machine learning and AI model development.
