•Own operational projects end-to-end, from problem definition through solution and implementation, despite ambiguous inputs.
•Solve operational problems at the intersection of hardware and software, including systems for inventory management, asset tracking, and production quality data.
•Provide structure to strategic ambiguity and shepherd cross-functional stakeholders to decisions using first-principles thinking.
•Leverage business systems data (ERP/MRP/HRIS) to create insights and analytics, equipping teams to measure and improve processes.
•Project manage across many stakeholders and execute scrappy short-timeline analyses while building scalable improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

•Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to run fast analyses in Excel or other tools and reason with numbers and data models.
•Build structured frameworks to tackle messy, hardware-startup operational problems and translate ambiguity into actionable plans.
•Comfort communicating broadly, including to senior leadership, and collaborating across many stakeholders.
•Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
