Key Responsibilities

•Prepare Neapolitan pizza and other Italian dishes before guests, in view of customers
•Handle prep and cooking for à la carte dishes
•Maintain cleanliness and order at the workstation in accordance with HACCP
•Actively contribute to the kitchen, including menu planning, presentation, etc.
•Take on additional tasks as qualified by role and interest

Key Requirements

• Ausbildung as a Pizzaiolo and/or at least 2 years of professional experience in Italian cuisine and à la carte cooking
•experience with Neapolitan pizza baked in a wood-fired oven
•strong teamwork and ability to work in high-traffic environments
•passion for pizza and Italian cuisine
•willingness to contribute to menu planning, presentation, or other tasks as qualified
