Provide industry-leading client service in-person and by phone while building and expanding relationships for deposit, credit, and other financial products. Conduct consultative conversations, support team sales efforts, and refer more complex needs to specialists. Cross-trained to perform teller duties as needed, advise on consumer lending and complete loan applications, and adhere to internal controls, risk management, and compliance requirements. Manage priorities, meet service and sales targets, and participate in retail leadership routines.
