  • •Support relationship managers and senior coverage bankers with managing corporate client relationships and day-to-day client servicing requests.
  • •Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving client queries in a timely manner.
  • •Handle corporate banking operational activities including account opening, profile changes, fixed deposits, transfers, and account maintenance requests.
  • •Follow up on customer requests and banking transactions (payments, transfers, salary files) and manage related alerts for compliance and servicing.

Key Requirements
