Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote safety as the top priority by enforcing EHS policies, ensuring required safety training participation, and leading investigations and corrective actions for safety incidents.
  • •Provide 3rd-shift leadership to meet and exceed facility goals for safety, service, quality, productivity, cost, and inventory control targets.
  • •Initiate and support operational improvements to increase employee engagement, improve quality, minimize scrap, and boost shift productivity.
  • •Ensure execution of standard operating procedures, standard work, quality standards, cycle counts, and safety/housekeeping audits, while troubleshooting and working on projects to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • •Oversee daily team activities including coaching, counseling, and performance reviews, and lead or participate in Enterprise Lean Sigma (ELS) and Kaizen continuous improvement activities.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma and at least 3 years of leadership, process improvement, and supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, support, and develop a diverse team while promoting company values.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing operations systems, processes, and technology, with familiarization of Enterprise Lean Sigma (ELS) principles and lean tools.
