Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow safety protocols for company and customers while maintaining a safe working environment.
  • •Travel regularly to customer locations to provide on-site technical support and serve as a packaging SME.
  • •Troubleshoot processes and start failure and customer complaint investigations using samples and traceability information.
  • •Respond to technical and regulatory requests, including providing certifications of cans and ends.
  • •Conduct training on food cans and ends and double-seam evaluation; prepare specification documents and support sorting/containment activities as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ work experience in operations, quality, R&D, or laboratory in food/beverage/personal care/household products manufacturing or packaging manufacturing.
  • •For other industries, a BS in a physical science or engineering field (e.g., Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Packaging, mechanical/chemical/metallurgical/materials science engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal manufacturing teams and external customers.
  • •Strong communication skills to explain technical details clearly to customers.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data/statistical analysis capabilities.
