Starlink Enterprise Account Director, Aviation

Own and grow a portfolio of strategic Enterprise Aviation customers for Starlink, serving as the primary point of contact from contract signature through activation and long-term retention. Lead ongoing account management with a team of Account Specialists and Leads, build executive relationships, and drive revenue realization on schedule. Collect and champion customer feedback internally, deliver high-touch customer service, and identify process/system enhancements to improve handoffs and scale the business.
