Job Summary

Deliver high-quality customer service by managing order inquiries, processing transactions, and resolving issues related to orders, deliveries, billing, and service. Serve as a primary point of contact and communicate accurately with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain documentation, data entry, and customer/account records, monitor order status, coordinate changes and escalations, and support audits and regulatory requirements while partnering with internal teams to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.
•Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.
•Process customer orders and transactions accurately in company systems while monitoring order status and coordinating changes, adjustments, or escalations.
•Review and verify pricing, invoices, and account details; assist with billing discrepancies, adjustments, and reconciliations.
•Coordinate shipments and maintain accurate documentation, records, and reporting while supporting compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., RCRA, EPA, DOT).

Key Requirements
