Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead with a service-first mindset in interactions with associates, vendors, and visitors
  • •Monitor live cameras and investigate intrusion alerts using the Unified Security Platform
  • •Run gate operations using the Safe & Secure App and RFID, enforcing ingress/egress procedures
  • •Document and manage vehicle movement through the Inspection Center entrance and exit gates
  • •Support safety operations in all weather, including safety audits, snow/heat safety protocols, and responding to emergencies using emergency procedures
