Job Summary

Lead trade finance accounting and forecasting for foodservice distribution and industrial sales groups, overseeing distributor incentives, rebates, billbacks, and contract pricing. Own the quarter-end close process and manage monthly LE trade processes while ensuring compliance with GAAP, SOX, and internal controls. Partner with Revenue Management, Trade Payables, and Sales Finance to plan and analyze trade programs, validate variances, drive process improvements, and support audits and team development.

•Lead execution and oversight of foodservice distribution trade accounting and forecasting activities.
•Ensure accurate accounting for rebates, billbacks, distributor incentives, and contract pricing.
•Own the quarter-end close process for trade finance activities and manage the monthly LE process.
•Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and internal controls; provide audit support and documentation.
•Supervise and develop team members, drive escalations on accounting issues, and implement process/system improvements.
