Job Summary

Build and scale the operational backbone of an AI-driven HR function by identifying HR inefficiencies and deploying custom AI tools and agents. Own people analytics by creating dashboards and reports for HR leaders across headcount, turnover, compensation analysis, span of control, and DIB metrics. Partner with Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Shared Services, and HRBP teams to deliver rapid, measurable solutions and drive adoption through continuous iteration.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify HR inefficiencies by auditing workflows and building data-driven cases for automation and improvements.
•Scope, build, and implement AI-powered tools across HR workflows (onboarding, AskHR, policy guidance, candidate screening, benefits Q&A), owning functionality and adoption.
•Own people analytics by building and maintaining dashboards and reports for HR leaders, leveraging AI to reduce manual reporting and surface insights.
•Launch solutions, track adoption, collect feedback, and iterate rapidly to continuously improve live tools.
•Partner with HR teams (Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Shared Services, HRBP) to address challenges with tailored solutions.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in HR, people analytics, or HR operations, with hands-on experience building or deploying AI-powered tools or automation.
•Proficiency shipping dashboards and reports, with experience using Google Suite, Excel, Workday, or similar tools.
•Working knowledge of AI systems, including language models, prompt engineering, and agentic tools; ability to build with platforms such as Claude, Gemini, Rovo, or equivalents.
•Ability to prioritize quick MVP delivery and iterate rapidly in ambiguous environments.
•Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, data analytics, information systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
