•Own prompt intake and first-round markup of investment-related NDAs and related documents, ensuring timely client turnaround.
•Support Carta’s U.S. lawyers with first-round drafting and ad hoc legal work to keep attorneys focused on complex matters.
•Set up and coordinate client workflows, manage document portals, and drive contracts through to execution.
•Deliver crisp, commercially sound contract support balancing speed with required attention to detail.
