Job Summary

Lead the Admin & Governance team within product engineering, building the AI Governance control plane that enables enterprise admins to adopt AI with granular feature enablement, capability-based restrictions, and full admin visibility. Manage and grow engineers responsible for enterprise trust infrastructure including the Admin Panel, SSO, audit systems, and User Groups. Drive the AI Governance roadmap and scale systems to unblock adoption for Airtable’s largest customers.

•Drive technical decisions and initiatives in partnership with engineering leaders.

•Partner with product and design to execute short- and long-term strategy for the team.
•Implement processes that help the team scale and remain productive while staying agile.

Salary: USD 281,000 - 365,700 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years experience as an engineer (previously in a staff or TL level IC position) and 2+ years as a manager (or similar combination).
•Experience working closely with Product Managers to define products, manage tradeoffs, and drive customer adoption.
•Experience navigating large systems.
•Experience leading high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
•Experience growing and mentoring engineers, plus managing multiple projects and work streams.
