Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze source and target database structures, identify dependencies and transformation needs, and create source-to-target mapping documents with stakeholders.
•Design and implement scalable data pipelines for analytics, AI, and machine learning workloads, aligning schemas and data models with data architects.
•Develop processes to improve data quality, observability, lineage, and governance while meeting enterprise security, privacy, and responsible AI standards.
•Partner with data scientists, AI engineers, and business teams to enable trusted datasets for AI/ML model development and agentic AI use cases.
•Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and documentation quality, and evaluate intelligent automation opportunities in data engineering workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 102,000 - 132,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proficiency in Teradata, PostgreSQL, and SQL to query, transform, profile, and validate data, including relational/dimensional/analytical data models for source-to-target schema mapping.
•Experience with Informatica and Apache Airflow (or comparable integration platforms), including version control and CI/CD practices with Git-based workflows.
•Proficiency in Python for automation, orchestration, and custom data solutions, including handling data quality issues, platform constraints, and migration challenges.
•Understanding of data lineage, metadata management, and master data management (MDM), with governance concepts to ensure data integrity and compliance.
•Knowledge of AI-ready data engineering, including dataset preparation and feature engineering concepts for AI/ML workloads. (Agentic AI concepts mentioned as desirable.)
