Key Responsibilities

  • •Mentor and lead a Federal design team through all phases of projects, providing management and people accountability for a technical group.
  • •Interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate technical assignments within projects.
  • •Plan and develop engineering tasks for unique problems, exploring subject areas, defining scope, and developing novel concepts.
  • •Serve as primary liaison between internal/external project partners to ensure effective communication, coordination and execution of action plans.
  • •Lead a team of Architects and/or designers, aligning activities and delivering projects with minimal supervision and significant autonomy.
