•Mentor and lead a Federal design team through all phases of projects, providing management and people accountability for a technical group.

•Plan and develop engineering tasks for unique problems, exploring subject areas, defining scope, and developing novel concepts.
•Serve as primary liaison between internal/external project partners to ensure effective communication, coordination and execution of action plans.
•Lead a team of Architects and/or designers, aligning activities and delivering projects with minimal supervision and significant autonomy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 165,000 annually
