Key Responsibilities

  • •Demonstrate comprehension of training content throughout the six-week program.
  • •Support execution of store procedures and operational processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • •Complete CarMax’s Management Development Program and apply leadership principles in real-world scenarios.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality and meet production goals.
  • •Oversee the Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) program for your department and/or location, including self-inspections, hazardous waste disposal, workplace safety, and PPE.

Salary: USD 54,500 - 95,500 annually
