Front Line Manager in Training

Participate in a structured six-week development program to prepare for Front-Line Management roles within Service Operations. Learn end-to-end production processes including inventory management and cosmetic/mechanical repair, then transition into leadership tracks such as Flow Mechanical, Flow Cosmetic, Flow Supply, Inventory, or Service Manager. Support operational execution, collaborate cross-functionally, model CarMax values, and manage Environmental, Health and Safety responsibilities for your department and/or location.
