Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead negotiations for new contracts and contract change proposals across FMC and Aerospace as directed
  • •Support commercial gate reviews for customer proposals and conduct internal agreement reviews with relevant functions to ensure approval alignment and risk mitigation
  • •Manage contract execution to protect pricing/pricing benefits by identifying and prosecuting assertions, scope changes, and pricing opportunities
  • •Create contract flow-downs and provide training to internal functions on key contractual issues
  • •Ensure compliance with government requirements, including submission/negotiation of data rights and commerciality assertions, and maintain custody of contractual documents

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • •5+ years of commercial experience
  • •2+ years of contracts experience
