Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the complete lifecycle of interior fit-out projects from handover to final closure.
  • •Develop project schedules, execution plans, resource allocation, and procurement strategies while ensuring timely delivery, quality, safety, and cost objectives.
  • •Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintain relationships, run project review meetings, and provide regular status updates.
  • •Lead and coordinate project engineers, site supervisors, designers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
  • •Prepare and manage project budgets and cost plans, track expenditures, control deviations, and support profitability through variation orders, invoices, and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • •PMP or PRINCE2 certification or a project management certification is preferred.
  • •10–12 years of experience in interior fit-out, construction, workplace, retail, hospitality, or commercial projects.
  • •Proven experience managing multiple large-scale interior projects simultaneously.
  • •Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, construction methodologies, and site operations, plus project management and execution capability.
