Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance of equipment and identify problems as they arise.
  • •Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with daily maintenance tasks and breakdown activities.
  • •Implement preventive maintenance schedules: inspect equipment for wear, assess potential issues, and replace faulty components promptly.
  • •Comply with HACCP/GMP standards and follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities.
  • •Document maintenance activities and manage tools and spare parts inventory; contribute input to improve machine performance and efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years of experience in machine operation/technical work within the frozen food industry.
  • •High School Diploma or an ITI trade certificate (electrical/mechanical).
  • •Basic knowledge of MEP and food hygiene.
  • •Skilled in setting parameters and molds for processing/packaging machines.
  • •Strong troubleshooting/fault-finding plus preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance knowledge.
