•Own the link between raw call data and client outcomes by analyzing recovery rates, containment, and conversion.

•Proactively surface what’s working, what’s breaking, and why using dashboard insights.
•Identify anomalies before they’re raised and chase answers until they turn into action.
•Work across clients, engineers, and data to shape how AI agents perform in operations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 40,000 - 60,000 annually

•Highly analytical and deeply business-oriented with experience in financial services or fintech startups.
•Strong understanding of the Brazilian banking and collections (cobrança) system.
