Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct requirements elicitation discussions with clients on product functionality and system architecture.
  • •Perform gap fitment analysis, propose architecture design, and review technical and functional solutions.
  • •Handle estimation and planning for project delivery, then provide critical review of technical design and implementation deliverables.
  • •Interpret and translate solution components (design, configuration, development, integration, migration, administration) for junior team members and monitor their development.
  • •Monitor and review solution delivery post-development while collaborating with cross-functional teams and solving technical problems across projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering graduate with a proven track record in software engineering.
  • •8-12 years of experience across the Salesforce ecosystem with expert-level understanding of the Salesforce platform (implementation consulting, design, configuration, development, and support).
  • •Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud, including administration/configuration, Apex, Visualforce, APIs, data loader, and Lightning.
  • •Salesforce Platform Developer 1 and 2 certifications are desired.
  • •Experience with Agile methodology and running scrum forums.
