Job Summary

Serve as the school liaison for online services and program platforms, partnering with the on-site principal to drive annual planning and supervise the instructional program. Own customer relationships and coordinate cross-functional Learning Solutions support across marketing/enrollment, operations, curriculum, instruction, support, billing, and training. Lead and develop instructional staff (supervising 10+ FTE) while escalating issues, ensuring compliance, and providing partner updates on progress, timelines, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

•Function as a key point of contact for account ongoing planning, implementation, and support.
•Coordinate resources to ensure seamless service delivery across marketing/enrollment, operations, curriculum, instruction, support, billing, and training.
•Provide regular updates to partners on Learning Solutions support progress, services, timelines, operations, and campaigns.
•Escalate technical issues and determine the best resources for remediation.
•Supervise, monitor, observe, and evaluate designated teachers and staff; provide feedback and recognition to achieve school goals while supporting staff development plans.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 55,068 - 75,000

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or a relevant field AND required experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
•Ten (10) years of related professional experience.
•Five (5) years of leadership experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Demonstrated leadership, management, interpersonal relations, and communication skills.
•Ability to clear required background check and travel up to 25% of the time.
