Key Responsibilities

•Administer, design, and support telecom and collaboration systems across the organization.
•Support IP telephony systems including PSTN/PRI/SIP telephony lines and ADSL lines.
•Manage voice recording systems and video conferencing systems.
•Maintain high availability and optimal performance of telecom systems across all group locations.
•Handle telecom systems and services for internal and external users and manage vendor relationships.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Communications Engineering.
•Minimum of 5 years experience in telecom systems support.
•Professional training on the relevant systems.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
•Strong analytical, problem solving, decision-making, and self-driven leadership/team-building skills.
