Serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, helping retain and grow consumer and business relationships. Proactively identify customer financial goals and needs, recommend appropriate deposit and other banking products, and resolve issues with exemplary service. Use a disciplined sales approach—follow-up, outbound calling, and referrals—to expand relationships and refer customers to other bank areas.
