Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify risks throughout business processes and systems in partnership with business process owners.
  • •Assess operational risk implications for new and existing products, features, and services under new product approval and change management governance.
  • •Facilitate risk assessment performance for US Consumer/Global Dining, including RCSA reviews and update assessment criteria to align with regulatory updates.
  • •Support control monitoring and compile operational risk trends, activities, and events.
  • •Conduct independent quality assurance and vertical process testing to identify areas of high risk for intervention; support thematic risk reporting and control-to-risk/process mapping.
